Piero Penizzotto (b. 1998, Queens, NY) is a Peruvian-American artist born and based in New York. Penizzotto’s sculptural practice is presented as an ode to the friendships and communities he is a part of growing up in New York and South Florida. He graduated from Hunter College with honors with a Bachelor’s in Fine Art (2022). Previous solo exhibitions include Primary, Miami (2024) and White Columns, New York (2023). Upcoming exhibitions include The Bronx Museum, New York (2025) and WHAAM! Gallery, New York (2025). Penizzotto’s work can also be found in the El Espacio Collection in Miami, FL.
